Juried Artist Policies & Application

Please read the Juried Artist Vendor Policies prior to filling out your application. Juried Application deadline is May 31st, 2021. Kasey Morris is our Director of Events and will be reviewing all applications. Once your application is received, Kasey will let you know if you have been accepted. If accepted, Kasey will email you an invoice to pay your vendor fees through Square. All fees must be paid ONE WEEK from receipt of Invoice. If you do not, your application will be considered NOT ACCEPTED and we can fill your spot.

What we need from you to complete your application:

• Read the Food Vendor Policies.

• Complete the application below.

• Send us a copy of your ST-19 Form (Sales Tax Form)

• Pay your booth fee through the Square Invoice sent to you after acceptance.
