ACCESS + GROUNDS

The Grape Stomp festival takes place rain or shine! Most activities are held outdoors in open-air spaces, so we encourage guests to dress for the weather—whether that means sunscreen, hats, or rain gear.

Please note that the festival is set on natural winery grounds, which can be uneven in places. Guests will encounter a hill when moving from the parking lot through admissions and into the festival area. The event is spread out and does require moving between activities, and pathways may become crowded at times.

Many guests with mobility considerations enjoy the festival and return year after year. Please note that navigating the grounds can present some challenges at times. To support your comfort, seating is available throughout the festival, and accessible restroom facilities are provided.

Due to insurance, we are unable to provide golf cart rides this year for those with mobility issues. We will have parking trollies to help get guests to admissions.

SHUTTLE

Free shuttles are offered on Friday & Saturday from local lodging and some in-town stops. For hotel shuttles, you must be staying at the hotel to ride.

Saturday only, we are offering shuttles from two town locations: Viking Plaza Mall lot and the RCC.

WRISTBANDS

Wristbands will be given at admissions to show purchase of an admission ticket. You must be 21 or older to attend the show on Friday & Saturday.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

There will be plenty of fine foods and wine, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic sips available for sale at the festival. Outside food, alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Coolers & Picnic Baskets will not be permitted on the festival grounds.

PETS

Unfortunately, except for service animals, pets & companion animals will not be admitted on the festival grounds. Please make alternate arrangements for your pets and companion animals.

Please don't leave pets in your vehicles!

SMOKING

Carlos Creek Winery is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area.

ATMS will be located in select locations. Please plan your cash needs ahead of the show as access will be limited.

MINORS

No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to attend the Festival on Friday or Saturday. This includes babies/infants and children of all ages. This is a wine & beer festival and is geared toward drinking-age adults.

BAGS

For safety of all guests clear bags are recommended. All non-clear bags are subject to search. Items that are not allowed to be brought into the festival grounds include: weapons (such as guns, knives, tasers, etc.), cannibis products, alcoholic beverages, any illegal or illicit drugs, beverage containers that are filled (a water fill station will be available inside the festival), coolers of any kind or any other items or objects that are deemed dangerous.

Clear bags will be available for sale!

Got a non-clear bag?

All non-clear bags will be subject to search. All liquid containers will need to be emptied prior to entry.
